Owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, and renewal
Developing retention strategies by assessing client & learner goals and delivering impact for key stakeholders
Work closely with different stakeholders, especially our product, marketing, and account executive team to deliver the best results possible to our clients based on the derived product and service needs
2+ years of work experience in workforce development, HR, L&D, customer success, or learning technology
Proven ability to work with clients
Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
Curious with a hunger to learn
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Professional-level fluency in German and English (some of our clients only speak German)
